What is Gigster Studio?

Gigster Studio is the social content and strategy tool built into every Gigster vendor account. It's powered by Muse, your dedicated AI booking growth strategist. Muse reads your upcoming bookings, recent completions, enquiry patterns and review themes, then generates a full month of social content — captions, image direction notes, posting cadence — calibrated to your vendor type and the South African event calendar.

Is Muse just a generic chatbot?

No. Muse is context-aware. Before generating any content, it reads your actual platform data: what bookings you have coming up, which event types have been enquiring about you, what your recent reviews said. The content it produces is anchored to your specific situation — not a template that could fit any performer.

Is Studio included in the Free plan?

Yes. Every Gigster vendor gets access to Studio. Free vendors get 3 AI content drafts per month and can save 1 post to their calendar. Pro vendors get 10 drafts and can save up to 10 posts. Pro Plus vendors get unlimited drafts, unlimited saved posts, and the monthly strategic report.

Can I publish directly to Instagram and Facebook?

Not yet - direct publishing is on the roadmap. Right now Studio generates the caption, image direction notes, and suggested posting time. You copy the caption and schedule it through your own Instagram or Facebook account (or a tool like Buffer). When direct publishing launches, it will be available on Pro and Pro Plus plans.

Is Muse different from the AI bio tool?

They are separate tools. The AI bio tool (available to all vendors in the profile editor) generates or rewrites your listing bio and tagline once. Muse is an ongoing content strategist — it works from your current booking context to produce monthly content calendars, advise on posting strategy, and adapt as your calendar changes.

What is the monthly strategic report?

A Pro Plus exclusive. At the end of each month, Muse reviews your bookings completed, reviews received, enquiries by event type, and social posts published — then produces a concise written report with four sections: a snapshot of the month, your best content opportunity (taken or missed), missed opportunities, enquiry intelligence, and specific recommendations for next month. It reads like a trusted strategist who has been watching your numbers.

Does Muse understand my vendor type?

Yes. Muse has domain-specific knowledge for all 9 Gigster vendor types: musicians and bands, DJs, MCs and hosts, comedians, speakers, avatars and specialty performers, technical suppliers, and content creators. A DJ set does not produce the same content as a keynote speaker's — Muse knows the difference and calibrates accordingly.

What should a DJ, photographer or musician post on social media?

Muse answers this based on your actual situation, not a generic content guide. It reads your upcoming bookings, which event types have been enquiring on your profile, and what your recent reviews say — then generates specific post ideas: a behind-the-scenes caption for your next corporate event, a testimonial highlight from your latest review, a booking availability post timed to your quietest period.
